Sabara Angkor Resort & Spa, Siem Reap

My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely rain shower, and the staff was incredibly caring and accommodating. I loved the breakfast options, but I found the dining experience a bit overwhelming at times due to the staff being too attentive. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to the airport, although there was a bit of noise from nearby events during my stay.

The location offered a peaceful respite just a short tuk-tuk ride from the city center, though it might be a bit far for those wanting to be in the heart of the action. Dining was a highlight, with thoughtful meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented. It's certainly great value for money, but I wish the Wi-Fi was complimentary.

My stay at the resort spa was an overall pleasant experience, with spacious rooms that had incredible hot showers and a comfortable bed. The service from the staff was exceptional, particularly from Mr. Vothai at the reception and Mr. Saroth, the tuk-tuk driver, who really made my experience memorable. On the downside, the dining options were somewhat limited, which was a letdown despite the delicious meals. Additionally, while the location was beautiful and well-maintained, it was a bit off the city center, making some outings a bit more complicated.

Overall, I found it to be a good value for money, especially with the free airport transfer.

However, the mornings were interrupted by loud funeral chants, which wasn't ideal for a peaceful wake-up. Overall, it's a wonderful place with great amenities, just be prepared for some noise.
